Get to know me

Welcome! I am an outgoing, energetic, gal who works full-time as a civil engineer, but over time I found that I needed a creative outlet to satisfy my artistic side. Once I had my own kids, I wanted to learn how to take better pictures of them to capture their various stages - from first steps to gap-toothed smiles to soccer games! Some of my most precious keepsakes are photographs of my family, images that capture moments in time that I will cherish forever.

I adore Boise and the natural areas we are lucky enough to get to enjoy. Our beautiful foothills, the Boise river, and the wildflowers in Kathryn Albertson Park to name just a few. Photography has enabled me to combine my passion of exploring this beautiful state with my love of people. I enjoy meeting new families (and seeing familiar faces!) and getting to capture your beautiful smiles and big belly laughs. My goal is for a session with me to be easy, fun, and quick! I know toddlers (and sometimes dads!) don't last long, so most of the time a mini session is perfect - just long enough to help your family's personalities shine, but short enough for it to fly by.
